Description:

  • Annual or short-lived perennial weed
  • Crawling weed that can form a dense mat
  • Can grow from 5cm to 20 cm tall
  • Leaves are linear or narrowly ovate-elliptic and slightly flattened. The axillary hairs are numerous, long and dense.
  • Flowers are bright pink
  • Commonly found in the northern and eastern parts of Australia
